Introduktion til Systembiologi
Pratical information
This course will be taught in danish, but english speaking teachers will of-course teach in english. Exam will be a 4h written exam in danish (help: computer,books,notes,internet) - 4 timers skriftlig eksamen (hjælpemidler: alle) - evaluation using the 7-grade scale.

Course description
Theory and practice for quantitative and qualitative modeling of different biological processes. Introduction to systems biology, methods and techniques, high throughput techniques including gene expression and protein- protein interaction screens. Interactions and networks, graph theory, biological network analysis.
