"Systems Biology" is a Master level course covering:
  • Systems biology methods and techniques: high throughput techniques including gene expression and protein-protein interaction screens
  • Interactions and networks, graph theory, biological network analysis
  • Qualitative modeling by data integration
  • Quantitative modeling, simulation, and analysis of dynamic regulatory models
  • Optimality and demand rules for evolutionary aspects of gene regulation
